- TPOTS embed arrives in advance to coordinate private sector VIP visit in high risk country. Visit would have been jeopardized if TPOTS personnel had not informed Client not to bring in electronic equipment. In target country, any type electronic security equipment was illegal to import into country. VIP detail team members would have had equipment seized, forfeited, and all team members could have either been jailed if permitted entry into country or refused entry.

- TPOTS personnel temporarily embedded with NGO on an urgent basis that had none aligned views with host government. NGO personnel at personal risk daily just by working out of office. TPOTS personnel retained and coordinated with NGO to develop courses of action to include training, providing crisis management scenarios and developing all drawdown plans from phase one to country evacuation.

- TPOTS personnel conducted advance country vulnerability analysis in high risk country. Analysis consisted of executing all route analysis for choke points, predictable areas of travel, evasive actions to include alternate routes and locating safe havens along all routes; conducting physical security surveys of local hotels with accompanying vulnerability assessments and photographs, and identifying safe and secure restaurants that could accommodate VIPs that had identifiable emergency egress and escape routes in the event of an attack.
